Technocon Engineers, India is a technology driven organization and caters only to international markets. It is one of the major global manufacturers of stainless, inox, carbon, chrome and bearing steel spherical balls, eclipse, ballcones, cylinders and grinding media. Over a period of time, it has developed a reputation for quality and commitment.

With state of the art manufacturing facilities it caters promptly, efficiently and satisfactorily to the commercial and technical requirements of its clients. The group companies together manufacture about 2000 MT of steel balls and media annually and are already supplying to many OE machine manufacturers, distributors and end-users worldwide. The Company is promoted by graduate mechanical engineers and with their 23 years each of widespread engineering and management experience, Technocon has made a mark for itself as a reputed and quality supplier. Technocon Engineers executed its first export order for steel balls and steel burnishing media to Saudi Arabia in 1996 and since then there has been no looking back. STEEL BALLS
Technocon Engineers, India offer a wide range of steel balls.
  ► In high carbon steel, chrome alloy steel, bearing steel, inox and stainless steel.
  ► Sizes from 1mm to 12.7mm and 3/64" to 1/2".
  ► Grades from 100 to 2000.
  ► For diverse applications:
      ball bearings, grinding media, burnishing media, in dispenser and spray pumps as one way valve,
      in automobile sub assemblies, SPMs and bearings, in nail polish bottles as agitator, and for steel balls'
      other uses in casters, drawer slides, bicycles, agitators in aerosols,
      weights and many other applications.

STEEL BURNISHING MEDIA
Having pioneered the development of steel burnishing media in India, Technocon has a special mass finishing cell and is the undisputed leader in this field in the country. It offers the widest range of stainless, carbon and chrome alloy steel burnishing and vibratory polishing steel media for polishing in mass finishing equipment - vibrators, tumblers, polishers - for ferrous, non-ferrous and jewelry products.

  ► In carbon, chrome, inox and stainless steel.
  ► Ball from 1mm to 12.7mm and 3/64" to 1/2".
  ► Satellite / Ball-Cone in 3 to 6.5mm and 1/8" to 1/4" ball dia.
      (Also called sputnik, planet, ufo)
  ► Angle cut cylinder / beveled diagonal / pin
      in 0.8, 1, 1.5, 2 and 3 mm diameters and 3/64", 1/16", 3/32", 1/8".
  ► Eclipse (ball with flat top and bottom) from 3 to 12.50 mm and
      1/8" to 1/2" diameters.
